Our Family Story

The Rosati family tradition began in 1895 and has been passed down through generations. In 1964, the first Rosati’s Pizza opened in Mt. Prospect, Illinois, bringing authentic Italian family recipes to the Chicago area.

At Rosati’s Minooka, we’re proud to continue that tradition with great food, quality ingredients, and a warm family atmosphere.
